Physical Hard Drive Destruction by Shredding - the Details

To start, you get to arrange a day and time for us to be at your site – one that works for you. No need to force our visit into your busy schedule!

To assure our own process compliance, and to provide you the best security, the entire on site hard drive destruction process will be performed and/or directly supervised by an engineer.

Our shredding equipment is inside of a large, comfortable, climate-controlled customized transport. This avoids standing outside of a truck on a hot, cold, rainy, or snowy day to witness shredding on a monitor or watch crushing.

The process control to shred a hard drive is precise and reliable - each one is individually shred, tracked, and reported on. With the hard drives securely inside the transport, we will remove any hard drive carriers/trays. As each hard drive is about to be shred, the barcode label is scanned and paired with a date and time stamp (hour, minute, and second) in a report, for audit purposes. You can also have the manufacturer’s serial number barcode scanned and included into that report.

When all hard drive destruction is completed, your audit reports and a destruction certificate are presented by hard copy or e-mailed to you - while we are on site.

Our shredding services are performed safely; on modern, dedicated, specialized equipment. No drill presses - nor does our equipment run from a diesel truck PTO. Plus, our process has been engineered to be ultra-quiet...

We perform physical destruction by hard drive shredding - it is not necessary to pulverize hard drives into dust to destroy information. Your customers, employees, and your business neighbors will not be disturbed.

When we exit your site, we then personally complete the process of material recycling by transporting the shredded hard drive materials for proper disposal.

Disposing of hard drives has never been easier - or more secure. Keep your information private and protect your compliance with MMHDS.
